NewsOn Saturday 21st January Legends Mixed Martial Arts academy was honoured to host a former British, European and World Kickboxing champion Andre Daltrey seminar from ARD Training Camp from Aldershot. It was a great 2 hour session emphasising the importance of perfecting the basic technique of boxing to get the winning edge.
Gym closing dates for Christmas break

New Belt Ranking at Legends BJJ
